After weeks of having virtually no hearing in my right ear, I found the lovely Kay online and booked an appointment with her. I must admit my expectations were not high to start with as I’ve had my ears syringed a few times before with not a huge amount of success, but microsuction was new to me and her reviews were great so I thought I’d give it a try, as it was really getting me down. WOW !! Kay was fantastic, she took time to explain everything, put me at ease and was very professional. I couldn’t have been more delighted with the results. After clearing out my right ear, she also removed a large amount of wax from my left ear, (how i had any hearing in that one beats me !) The before and after photos Kay showed me were amazing ! My hearing is better than it’s been for years, I can’t thank you enough Kay for making me feel whole again.
This was my first visit to Kay. She was very professional and has a high level of knowledge and did not rush to complete the required job. She looks after the whole person and listens to any questions you have related to your ears.Â

I would not hesitate to go back to see Kay knowing I am in safe hand as a proundly deaf person with hearing aids. That is a very important element when you have very limited hearing like mine.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the micro-suctioning process, but since I had been suffering from reduced hearing in one ear due to swimming for a few weeks I decided to give it a go… I’m so glad that I did and I can’t thank Kay enough. It now feels like I’m hearing in HD!!! If you’re considering having this done – I would simply say – get booked in with Kay and do it!!! I was a little nervous getting my ears done as the last experience I had with someone else wasn’t a pleasant one. But I was totally wrong about Harmony hearing, it’s set back in a lovely cabin just off the road , it’s very clean and friendly. Kay the owner of this business is brilliant, she talked me through the process and even showed me pictures of inside my ear and explained a lot about what’s going on inside and why. Would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering with ear problems.
I have had frequent issues with wax build up in my ear and have always had syringing but I often find it really painful or it has made it worse. Then… I found Harmony Hearing solutions!!! Visited the clinic today, after suffering ear ache and deafness in one ear. Kay explained the problem in detail, and set to work. A great deal of wax was painlessly removed with great skill. My hearing has been restored, wonderful! Would highly recommend this practice.

Kay was approachable, professional, patient and thorough. She quickly understood my issues and talked me through each step. It was probably the most thorough microsuction job I’ve ever had – and she was careful to stop when an infection in one ear meant that it would be too painful to continue.
I’ve suffered with hearing loss in my left ear for 3/4 years and decided to commit to having them cleaned. I had been using olive oil which just seemed to not be helping at all.
